Infographic Zine

This brief required me to design an A5 fold out infographic Zine based on a TED-Ed tutorial of my choice and I chose 'How to take the perfect Picture"

I decided to keep the image style of my Infographic zine minimal. My design was aimed at people with little to no knowledge of profession photography so i aimed for my design to explain the use of aperture, ISO and shutter speed in the simplest way possible. I did this by including a description then adding images that show what the photos would look like depending on these settings.

During the course of this project, i tested out a variety of image styles which i thought would work well with my layout. I started off by taking an illustrative approach and I applied edits to them that would show the effects of ISO and apeture. this didn't work well as the edits weren't showing up and the difference in the images weren't seen.

Another Image style I tested involved the works of french photographer, Henri Cartier-Bresson. Similar to the previous style I tested, the edits I applied on the images weren't showing up of greatly distorted the images. Considering that the images were in black and white, my colour scheme was also limited to black and white.
